How do I return my item?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email and we will send further instructions once your return request is reveiwed

Only items purchased directly from MILLIRETRO will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in an acceptable condition we reserve the right to not issue a refund. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.

What items are eligible for return?

  • Items must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Due to our manufacturing warehouse for our products being in Europe and Asia, refunds may be permitted however we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. This is also due to not having USA warehousing at the moment, Milliretro is in the process of branching out and expanding as rapidly as possible and plans to have 100% USA shipping and inventory to allow full returns and exchanges by the year 2021.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/damaged?

If you receive a defective item, please fill out the return request form and contact us at support@milliretro.com with the following details of the product and the defect.

  • Order number
  • Proof of purchase
  • Video or photo of faulty product*
  • Complete delivery address
  • Contact telephone number

*In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product.

Once a product defect is fully examined we will notify you via-email within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Are there any charges for return?

  • There are no charges for return
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

How soon will I get my refund?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
