ORDERING

Our products are sold exclusively online at milliretro.com

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your shipping tracking information. Use the provided tracking number to track your order.

To the extent that we are required by law to charge and collect taxes on products that we sell, such taxes are charged based on the tax laws applicable to the location to which the order is being shipped or delivered. At checkout, all appropriate taxes will be added to the order total. The tax amount displayed during checkout is an estimate of the tax applicable to your order. This amount may vary slightly from the actual amount of tax payable in connection with your order due to different tax rates which apply as a result of the origin and destination of the items being purchased, as well as other factors.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.

If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

To ensure your security, we take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service for more information.

Please contact us with the correct address immediately after purchase. Note that there is a chance that we can't change your address anymore, because your order is already in processing.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.

*All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays. We are not responsible for any additional customs/duty fees that may apply for international orders.

After your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use the provided tracking number to track your order.

We are not liable if any packages are lost or stolen. Please check your property or with your neighbors to help locate the package. If your tracking number shows your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your carrier to file a claim. Please contact us with your claim number and we can work together on a resolution. We ask that you wait 48 business hours after your tracking shows as delivered to file any claims as usually the packages do deliver during that time.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of the date the order was delivered.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. We ask that you wear underwear when first trying-on your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will send further instructions if the return is approved.

In the unlikely event you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with the following information to ensure that we can get this resolved for you quickly & efficiently:

• Your order number

• The name of the item you did not receive

• A clear photograph of the item you received

Once we've received the above info, our Customer Service team will get this sorted for you ASAP!

Make sure you include:

• Your order number

• Photo of the product fault as clearly as possible

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 1-3 business days.

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

Unfortunately, we currently don't offer exchanges. In order to make the returns process as efficient as possible, we only offer refunds.
