Delivery may range between 8-20 business days depending on the shopping season or high demand for our Products. We do our very best to get the products you love to your doorstep as fast as possible.
Black Friday & Christmas Time will be our most busy season of the year so make sure to order yours before then for the fastest shipping times!
Our manufacturing warehouses for our products are based in Europe and Asia, so refunds may be permitted however we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item your purchased is defective. This is also due to not having USA warehousing at the moment. However Milliretro is in the process of branching out and expanding as rapidly as possible, and plans to have 100% USA shipping and inventory to allow much fast shipping times as well as returns and exchanges by the year 2021. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at Support@Milliretro.com with details of the product and the defect.
Once a product defect is fully examined we will notify you via e-mail within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
